Weekend Menu #8.

This weekend was a particularly busy one, what with the cleaning and preparation for fall and the other festivals. I also found yummy raw mangoes at the Indian stores so here we go:

  1. ooh….yummy post, love the thundu mango oorgai especially. It has been diced so beautifully. I have it for sambar, rasam and curd. On another note, we had Sri Jayanthi this week, and I tried your recipe for uppu cheedai, vella cheedai and appam. They came out plain awesome. The measure amount worked perfectly well for me. Also, I recommended your recipe to my sister. Perfect cheedais and appam all the way. I am thanking you immensely every time I bite into it.

  2. You r very creative and u have nice & yummy dishes in ur blog. I have tried a few and they came out well. But, please try and put some north indian dishes too.
